Amana vs. Goodman.

No, it’s not the title of the newest Super-Hero movie.  It is a tutorial about two of the top air conditioning systems on earth.  If you heard the truth from someone who offers both it could help you make a better decision.  Whichever one you choose is not the most important question…who does the installation is.

This may come as a surprise - Amana and Goodman are essentially one in the same.  You see, Goodman purchased Amana about 20 years ago.  They are now actually manufactured in the same plant located in Houston, Texas.  Goodman has a SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) rating of 18.  Amana has a SEER rating of 18 as well.

Here is the bottom line.  Save yourself a lot of time and research and make one call.  That call is to Altitude Heating and Air Conditioning.  They are Colorado Spring’s premier Amana and Goodman air conditioning system dealers.  See how easy that was?  Just give Lonny a call for a free estimate.  His number is (719) 209-4955.

What are they Saying about Us?

You may have trouble finding us on the web (that will change soon), but those who have used Altitude Heating and Air have great things to say.  When it comes to something as important as HVAC you want to hire someone you can trust with the bigger jobs of installing or repairing an air conditioning or heating system.

Here are some excerpts from one of our satisfied customers.  “They had a very competitive bid and a quicker install date.  They gave us an all-inclusive bid that included mechanical, electrical, permits, etc.  Lonny and the crew performing the install took pride in their work, and cleaned up well after themselves”.
