It’s a Gas, Gas, Gas.

As the old saying went gas was a good thing.  That is not always the case when there is a gas leak at your home or office.  Gas lines are an integral part of a building system.  They carry a dangerous product…gas.  Unlike many other structural elements, they must never be handled by a well-meaning DIYer!

Here are some important tips –

1. Understand the cause of a faulty gas line.
2. Don’t investigate a leak on your own.
3. Never, never switch on a light or strike a match.
4. Have an annual inspection for lines that may be going bad.
5. Do not trust an amateur!

As to that last point, we are very fortunate to have a gas line leak detecting repair and replacement professional right here in Colorado Springs.  Call Lonny at Altitude Heating and Air or visit the new website at www.altitudehvacco.com.  You will see the myriad of services that Lonny and his crew provide.  Stay safe…call (719) 209-4955 right away.

Meet Lonny…THE HVAC Guy.

His name is Lonny Crawford, and for the last 20+ years he has been working hard and serving the citizens of Colorado Springs and beyond with all of their heating, ventilating, and air conditioning needs.  About 16 years ago he parlayed his expertise into a shop of his own by opening Altitude Heating and Air.

The benchmark of the business has always been referrals.  When satisfied former customers tell future ones that they are in capable hands it brings a sense of great pride to Lonny and his team.  One of their important sources of pride is that they are licensed, insured, and certified with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department.

The key to a great deal of Lonny’s and the company’s success is that they continue to upgrade their education as it pertains to new products, designs of various systems, and especially service techniques.  If you have any need for HVAC service in Colorado Springs, we hope that you will consider Lonny and Altitude Heating and Air.  Just call (719) 209-4955.
